A departure from my standard heeled pump!  I'm so excited to add something different to my closet.  My only worry?  Scuffing a nude colored wedge...is not pretty.  Let's hope it doesn't happen anytime soon! 

This week was supposed to be a nice recovery from last week's event-filled trip to Philly.  In fact, the hubby and I enjoyed a relaxing night at the movies on Monday night for Ironman 2 (pretty entertaining but not as good as the first).  But Tuesday....

Oh, Tuesday.

After working a long full day I was notified of a last-minute surgery that required my attendance.  Luckily, it was local.  Unluckily, it started at 5pm and wasn't over until 9pm (well, I was excused at 9pm...).  And this morning?  I'm leaving for Palo Alto bright and early at 6am for a meeting.  And to top if off?  I didn't get my Starbucks all day. 

I'm telling you - when I don't get my Starbucks, the whole day is just wrong!!!  Done whining and off to get my Starbucks.  =)  Have a wonderful Wednesday!
